Return Period: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within
7 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
Eligibility: Products must be in like-new condition,
unused, and in the original sealed packaging. The original sales invoice must
be provided. Items such as opened software, consumables (e.g. toner),
customized products, and special-order items are not eligible for return.
Defective Items: If a product is defective on arrival or
malfunctions under warranty, contact us immediately. We will repair or replace
it per the manufacturer’s warranty.
Refurbished/Used
Products: Refurbished or used
items sold by us may only be returned if they fail to meet advertised
specifications or warranty conditions.
Refunds: After inspection, approved returns will be
refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. In line with
new regulations, if a product’s price drops within one week of purchase, we
will refund the price difference.
